Message from seller says reserve is $425 and if reserve is met then shipping is free. Um...why not just say free shipping since any winning bid will meet the reserve, no?
One bid at $375 and it says reserve met. I thought the reserve was $425?
If the bidder wins the auction with a $375 bid will he get free shipping?
Can the reserve price be changed once the auction starts?

He had the reserve set at $375. Once bids start he can not change it.
Support may like to see that one.
The Auction has been relisted quite a few times. He never changed the Reserve.
Of course, the seller says he will "wave" the shipping, not "waive". [;)]
You can make any changes you want, including the reserve, until there's a bid. After that, you can only add to the description.

I guess when the seller relisted it,the reserve was lowered.
