Truth is probably somewhere in the middle. The girl was somewhat manipulitive and the old guy was somewhat horney and maybe not in full control of his faculties. If it's illegal for this this girl, it ought to be illegal for all strippers/lap dancers to "con" customers out of tips.

Most strip clubs check IDs at the door. if you're old enough to get in you are supposed to be able to take care of yourself. I remember the first time I bought a drink for a girl at a strip club who just wanted to talk. We talked for about an hour and she drank about five drinks. Before i left the place I learned a lesson about buying drinks for strippers. Drinks for the girls cost three times as much as regular drinks(probably didn't have any alcohol in them) and were a way of conning patrons out of money.

Remind me never to go to a strip club in Fort Wayne. What's this about the girls wear revealing clothing but they dont actually take their clothes off. How do they get any tips let alone $30K tips?

Hmm, taken advantage of...yes, EVERY time I a person [:D]enters a strip bar. That is her job,... to converse, acompany, some strip or give dances. The lust/desire/vanity in a man's heart is the leverage used to obtain funds for the 'service' the dancer is performing. Blame me the men, not the ladies.

Criminally defrauding the man,...in my opinion, yes. It went outside of the work place, at his home, and she seemed to ply his sympathies to 'clean his pockets out' on a nightly basis. If she cared she would have contacted his family herself.

If that was criminal then they should burn down every casino in Nevada. They pretty much do the same thing a stripper does.

It is his money, he can spend it as he likes. Ya can't take it with you and he is at the time in life that one should only purchase ripe banannas.
His relatives are only crying because they think he is squandering THEIR money[;)]!!
80 year old man,,having fun at strip clubs and helping out the less fortunate??!! Get-er-done old man!!![^]
