What is the most effective way to sell a time share. We do not have many brokers in this area that deal in time shares. The wife and I do not get a chance to get out and travel much anymore and are looking for options.

That is one of the hard selling points. It is hard to explain. It is more like a chain of hotel or appartments that are mostly on the west coast, but we have other units all over the world. it is marketed by Trend West. I am thinking a broker may be the best bet if I can find one.
