Mornin All (turd shifter for 20+ years, it's morning now) just brushed my teeth with new Crest advanced whitening PLUS anitbacterial, anitpersperant /deoderizing, plaque reducing 4 color, 3-phase multi-taking friggin toothpaste .. So I know it can't be my breath SEE ?!

Thanks to all for the "kind" replies. Glad (hope) noone took it as a whine, seems not ... thats good.

Lowrider ... THPTHpthpth, I'll probably never have 4 stars, hope we can still converse on a reduced basis (2 stars = 50%)

Nunn - Tanx

Rugerniner and Rugster - I know we can relate, most of my collection revolves around Rugers. Have 5 (all tang safety, adj trigger) M77 from 22-250 thru .300 win mag. Couple 10/22s, both deluxe carbines bought in 1978, one NIB. Bought it as a back-up, never needed it. Minis, 44 carbines, only handgun is Old Army w/ r+d conv. Seems I did sumpin stoopid when I was 16 and good 'ol NY doesn't think I should have a BAAAAD ol handgun. I could fight it, but dont have the energy right now.

Everyone else ... Glad to be on board, hope I can be a valuable contributing member. Go ahead ... ax me anything

Hey, don't be bashful. People tend to ignore me as well. But every once in a while I get in a good one.

Maybe that I think 30-06 is one of the best all around cartidges in the world

Though I say "one of the best", I often choose my .270 for the hunt.

Hey TOOLS1 - I gots tools, man ... air tools, mechanics tools, power tools (woodworking - planer, router, mitre, band, sanders, etc), cordless tools ... I got all that *, tough guy ! (Jerky boys quote)
I got chainsaws, weedeaters, tractors, generators, pressure washers ... I got 'em all !

Sorry, can't send you no money, spent it all on tools

Druther not talk about when I was 16. Still trying to forget the whole 70's decade while trying to remember parts of it .. huh

Got plenty of stoopid stories tho - How bout removing lower unit from motor on a stoopid island someone put in my lake ... MORONS

Stories like rolling cars, intentionally. Shooting cars full of holes and driving around downtown till the cops pull us over

I could go on but Im beginning to think Im a real idiot ...

Whenever we deemed a car ready for retirement, we would pretty much strip it but leave it street legal, then go out and run into trees, sideswipe bridge overpasses and stuff. Really make it look ... ruff. Then we'd go out in the boonies and use it for target practice, for a long tome. Then, with bumpers wired on, windows shot out, and not a straight, bullet hole free piece of sheetmetal on the car, we would go harass the village cops (read village idiots - no offense to any LEOs here, but Owego cops were all that people that didnt have any friends in high school). They'd pull us over and read us the riot act but we never got a ticket ! It was just good, clean fun

We used to get an old shirt or jean jacket and shoot it with a shotgun. Made for some intersting looks. And we could come up with some good stories to tell about the holes. None true of course.
Tried to get Toolbrat to get a cheap pair of jeans and we would shoot one of the leggs. I tried to tell her that it would be realy cool to wear to school. She wouldnt have it though. She wanted Mudd jeans. Go figure.

And Taz check out the portable generator thred.
