Is there a place to find out how many of a particular vehicle were made?

I am curious about my truck. It is a pretty ordinary looking truck. 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with LS decor, V8 engine, air, power, tilt, cruise. Pretty much loaded out except no leather and no power seat. The only thing a little unusual is that it has a 5-speed manual transmission. It is the only one with a manual that I have seen, and I am wondering how many like it Chevrolet made.

Could be collectible? Not likely.
