Aside from the Hawken I don't have any of those other rifles.[:)] Send me one.[:D]

That is one cool looking BP rifle at the bottom of that pic. I've never seen that stock style, what is it? It looks like a Mannlicher style front, but it is definately a different shaped grip area.

Powdersmoke, the Remington is 44 and the 2 with Pearl handles are Rugers, 32 mag & 44 mag. The autos run the gambit, 2-45s, 9mmx18, 9mmx19, 7.62x25, & yes my little 22 Jennings that by the way will run 6 shots through it without jamming! The Jennings has had some work done by me, buffed the ramp, heavier springs, and a firing pin that I made & case hardened. It has never failed me but it is at least 25 years old.

trooperchin & JustC that is a cetme and I love it. It took a couple of hundred rounds shot through it for it to loosen up but no problems at all. We have sold a couple like that one and some of the black ones. So far no problems with any of them but the ones they are putting together now are pieced from different guns. Mine is one gun with a new receiver.

bambihunter, that little BP rifle is a 22 cal squirrel/bar rifle. It was made in the mid to late 1800s to be sold for squirrel rifles or some bars used them for customers to shoot for drinks! A gentleman who is in his 90s was telling me that what they would do is a bunch would go to a bar drinking and all would shoot the little 22 BP rifle. The worst shot would buy the round of drinks for all that shot. Now as to how much truth there is to that I do not know but I do know it was not made from a standard 22 barrel. It takes a .200 round ball with a heavy pillow ticking patch! The stock has been broken off over the years and that is how it was repaired, with out the bottom piece. I am thinking of restocking it but being it shoots so good, I might not.

Like I said some of what I don't mind showing. Incindently if you look at the 3 flintlocks, the one with the white strip of rawhide around the stock was in the movie "The Last of the Mohiccans". It was number 47 of 100 that a man named Curly Gowaski? made and leased to the production company. I know I spelled his last name wrong but he is the one who first started reproducing the Northwest Trade Guns. My "Curly" gun is 58 cal smooth bore and a real shooter.
