Looked out my 3rd story window this morning and noticed the tops of the telephone poles are starting to show through the snow. The polar bears have moved from the south end of my lawn to the north end.My neighbors voice thawed out and i was able to hear the Merry Christmas he yelled months ago.The thermometer is up to where it will register again -40. How is it where you live? Please,be honest.I can't stand a person who exagerates.

It is 27 right now, with 2 inches of fresh white stuff on the ground. That probally leaves us with about 2 feet on the ground total.High today will be 32 with winds coming off of lake superior. Still feels damn cold.

Hey Single Shots, Glad to hear that you Maineacs had such a mild winter. Down here in the flatlands of Connecticut it was unusually warm as well. First time I can remember robins wintering over in my back yard. Had to turn the A/C on in Feburary. Can't imagine what summer will be like.

Here in Sunny Arizona, I'm trying to decide if I should wear my black sandals, or my brown ones. High of about 90 today, I think. Had to use the A/C a few times already this year...Merc
