Used my pay pal account once about two years ago and have forgotten my password and security passwords. Called pay pal and tried to change password but they said my last four digits of my credit card don't match. Tried to close account and open another but they said I couldn't use the same e-mail address. They said I would have to log on to close account! They have an account, (mine) on their computer that cannot be used forever!!

    Just open a yahoo.com email account and use that..........

    stay away from paypal. I have had nothing but problems with them. I also have a account that I can't use.

    I have had alot of people tell me to stay away from pay pal.But I have never had any problems yet,and have used it quite a bit lately.Its my belief it will eventually get where you have to use pay pal to make online Purchases.I think the plan is in the making right now.Talking about a Monopoly

    AOL doesn't have much to do with Paypal.......Ebay is buying Paypal. Should be finalized by the end of the year. This will NOT be a good thing for consumers OR sellers. :(

    I do 2k+ transactions a month with paypal........VERY rarely have a problem.
