Just heard on the radio that New York City is increasing their "reward" for turning in gun owners. If you suspect that someone owns a gun illegally, you will get $1000 instead of $500 for turning them in. If you are not sure if that gun your neighbor owns is "legal" or "illegal", just call the city and turn them in. In NYC, if that gun aint registered(rifle,shotgun, pistol, muzzleloader,potato and BB guns)its illegal.

    I think this was tried in europe around 1939. It worked for about 6 years.

    Our neighborhood watch programs are based off of those ideas.

    The drug dealers are conducting commerce and propping up the local economy.

    Us gun owners are just taking up space and malingering.

    A legal gun is 10 times more frightening than an illegal drug.
