Yes, attitude shifting now and growing. Personally glad Trump is the President elect. Wish Trump continued success.
As for Obummer, hard to believe he was elected president TWICE. Hope he eventually is demonized and becomes a footnote in history.

Change you can believe in = Debt up 10 Trillion dollars in 8 years.

There is only a small segment of this country that has the attitude they demonstrate for police. That is not likely to change under Trump, though their expression of that contempt may go back into the shadows. It will still be there. The current president gave them voice, and emboldened them, as have the rest of the strange left. It is more of a reflection on them than their target.
I concur 100%. Be safe this Holiday season.Oak

It's more of a reflection on the CURRENT leadership of the United States.

Well yeah that was my point in saying he gave them voice and legitimacy. Fortunately the environment I work in most of the folks we deal with are not of that ilk. The BLM crowd tends to stay out of our community, their attics don't play well.
Car cam showed a perp hiding in trunk of car, car driver was female.
The leo did practice excellent standard approach and put his hand on the trunk lip as is taught. He felt the trunk lid was open and pushed down.
Leo foiled the ambush. Good Job!

Emboldened, Riotous, Disrespectful towards others of different Races.
Talk about racism....
Since 2000, the attitude of the citizens and LEO's have changed and now even with 4 full time Deputies, the Sheriff's office is understaffed. Crime is widespread although most of it is centered around the drug trade and theft/vandalism. I have a distinctly "neutral attitude" toward the local LEO's and lean toward "disdain" for the SHP officers.
The county Sheriff's Dept is ineffective and "chooses" which parts of the law they wish to enforce leaving a gap in whether a citizen's complaint gets investigated or ignored. I just experienced a 2 1/2 week wait for the county to serve court documents on an individual who lives less than 5 miles from the courthouse door. Admittedly, this guy wasn't likely to skip out and the court date is still 2 weeks out but in a different scenario, the mope would have been long gone.
