I think that you and my wife are the last ones left. She is truly a die hard. Better yet, the neighbors across the street are Packer fans!

Allen, If this helps the Bears really lost that game, the score was the only place they came out ahead.......I guess this year will be like last year, pulling wins out of the air at the last minute and blowing the big games early on......

William-the Bears only won on the scoreboard? Are you out of your mind? That is where it counts. Your guys stopped Atlanta [I can't bring myself to say F@&&%*$] on 2nd and one with a minute to go. Your guys made kicks, Atlanta didn't. You WON. You have WON a superbowl. You ain't suffering and you don't know what suffering is. The only way to stay sane is to cheer for the F@%%$&^$ to lose. I have been doing that for 20 years and it works great. Dan Reeves is a dim witted punk. Just ask Elway.

Geez Allen, I sence that you have strong feeling about the Falcons....I'd razz you some more but I am afraid the top of your head will blow off...Perhaps this is a rebuilding year

Williams I was a Falcon's fan on day one. That was the first exhibition game in 1965. I was there and I was a high school football player. Man I was excited that Atlanta finally had a pro team. The drunk guy behind me kept yelling "Go Fulcrums!" I turned around and said "Sir I believe it is F@&&^%$". He replied "Who asked you, kid, its Fulcrums!" I knew then and there that something was wrong. It has been wrong ever since. But if you want to suffer, fire your coach and hire the moron Dan Reeves. Lifetime permanent mediocrity. Man, on gloomy days you can think of Butkus, Payton. Name one great football player who has ever played for Atlanta. Certainly not Chris Chandler, a good quarterback who is so fragile, who is so often injured he is nicknamed "Crystal Chandelier". At least we dumped that chump. Oops, sorry I just remembered he is a Bear now. Well I take it all back, you are suffering.

Bears fan here! Allen, you think you have it tough? You should have to suffer through years of mediocrity, see the team achieve greatness briefly, and the have the rich twerp football ignoramous grandchild of the immortal George Halas flush it down the toilet. A dynasty in the making destroyed by Mike McCaskey.

We now have a good coach and staff, but only because the idiot scumbag tried to take advantage of the guy he really wanted. Public reaction was so bad that it actually got through to mommy and daddy, and they made him take the next guy on the list (Jauron). They finally "promoted" him out of the day to day team operations. The whole organization has improved daily ever since.

And as for the Bears winning only on the scoreboard, if not for the miserable officiating, and Dez "Hands of Stone" dropping a sure TD pass, the Bears would have won in a rout! Even the usually taciturn Jauron was woofing the zebras in the 4th quarter.

Here is a funny tidbit on the ejection of the Bears Leon Johnson in the fourth for allegedly swinging at a Falcon: replays clearly show a Falcon player punching him in the helmet while he was on the ground.
Johnson was flailing his arms around, but didn't appear to be trying to hit anyone. On a sports radio program yeaterday, one of the Bears offensive lineman said the reason Johnson was thrashing around was that a Falcon had him by the grapes in the pile, and wouldn't let go!
