The guy's name is Mark Reed. He has supposedly written a book that is very contreversial(sp?). I think the book takes punches at different LEO agencies and some churches. He called here and said he was going to be in our city for a book signing first of 2004. He actually wanted us to stage a bust on the book signing. I recorded his request for the record. Sounds like a kook. I wondered if any other agencies have been approached by him or if any of the members here have heard of him.

So, he takes swipes at cops and then calls to ask that they help him promote himself?
