It's basically a .45 1911A knockoff made in Argentina. Does not have the rear handled safety. A stout strong firearm capable of digesting just about anything you feed it. An excellent self protect weapon for those who are on a tight budget. When I have them in stock I sell them for $225-235. Hope this helps.

Hi Rosie.. Ballister Molina's are what interstate says. Although the are a knockoff of the 1911 not all parts will interchange. I did install a Colt barrel on the one I owned and a Match grade bushing. Shot great and as stated, ate everything I could put through it. Got stupid and sold it.......it happens.........

ROSIE I OWN ONE I GOT SEVERAL YEARS AGO, THE EXTRACTOR WAS BENT AND ROUNDS DID"T EJECT CLEARLY . MY GUN SMITH BENT IT BACK AFTER I BOUGHT A 45 EXTRACTOR THAT DID"NT FIT. SO LIKE SEALYON SAYS PARTS AREN"NT ALWAYS INTERCHANGEABLE. THE MAGS HOWEVER DO SEEM TO FIT AND FUNCTION WELL AND SINCE THE EXTRACTOR IS FIXED IT FUNCTIONS FINE.
