Are they on an increase or is the national media just reporting them more often now?

Why? Well, they ain't doing it to have a chess partner.

There ought to be a bounty on these maggots.

Bounty and a rope or firing squad waiting for them as soon as they admit guilt or found guilty.
The old adage that capital punishment does not "deter" crime is BS.
It might not "deter" all crime, but it is sure as HE!! gonna "deter" the SOB that's been fried or hung.

There has been no increase in the last three years, but the reporting has increased a lot in the past few months. The media will stick with these stories until another football player is charged with stabbing his wife to death, then they will obsess on that and they will forget the child kidnappings.
