http://gunssavelives.net/self-defense/video-14-year-old-uses-12-gauge-shotgun-to-defend-his-mother-from-abusive-boyfriend/
Locust Fork, Alabama - A 14 year old boy used a 12 gauge shotgun to shoot and kill a man who was romantically linked to his mother.
The suspect in the case, identified as 34 year old Ayatollah Mohammad, was actually escorted by law enforcement off of the property owned by the boy's mother that morning, but walked 7 miles back to the home and snuck onto the property.
When the suspect was discovered, the boy used a shotgun to defend himself and his mother from a man he obviously considered to be a threat.
According to local media outlets,
"They're very upset," says Brett King, defense attorney for the alleged shooter. "There was a domestic incident that morning. The deceased was actually escorted off the property and actually taken to Jefferson County. And best we know right now is he actually walked on foot back the seven miles, was back in the house when he was discovered by the mother and the son. And soon there after he was shot."
"There is a history of domestic violence," says King. "And it is our understanding that he aggressively attacked her the day before the shooting in Jefferson County."
Although there is only one incident of a domestic dispute on record in Blount County at the Locust Fork home, it's on the same day as the fatal shooting. Famed defense attorney Charles Salvagio, who is not representing the family, believes this is a clear cut case of self defense.
Based on the facts as they are currently being presented, we have to believe this incident is a clear cut case of self defense.
This is the 30th defensive gun use in the state of Alabama that we've documented and the 1,241st defensive gun use we've documented overall.

What I find hard to believe is there is a guy named Ayatollah Khomeini Mohammad in Blount County Alabama.

His street name was AK.... so that should clue you in just a tad.... My group knew him from years ago from the street racing scene. No one can believe he made it this long actually.
Did they realize Ayatollah is a title and not a name? Also the guy was 34 years old, that means he was born in 1980, the Ayatollah Khomeini was not one of the best loved people in the USA in 1980. He came to power in 1979 and we still had 59 hostages in Iran in 1980 so that would be like naming your kid; Osama bin Ladin in 2002.

All I can say is good riddance to a woman beater and if he was a muslim that is a plus.

Damn fine outcome.
"Twenty Five Miles by Edwin Starr:
Hey hey uh huh huh huh huh oh
Uh huh huh huh huh huh yeah
It's twenty five miles from home
Girl, my feet are hurting mighty bad
Now I've been walking a three day, two lonely nights
You know that I'm mighty mad
But I got a woman waiting for me
That's gonna make this trip worthwhile
You see she's got the kind of lovin' and a kissing
A make a man go stone wild
So I got to keep on walkin'
I got to walk on, oh ho ho
I, I, I, I'm so tired
But I just can't lose my stride
I got fifteen miles to go now
And I can hear my baby calling my name
It's as if as though I'm standing at her front door
I can hear that doggone plain
Now I'll be so glad to see my baby
And hold her in my arms
Now when I kiss her lips
I turn a back over flip and I'll forget these feet of mine
I got to keep on walkin'
I got to walk on oh ho ho
I, I, I, I, I'm so tired but I just can't lose my stride
Walk on let me tell you ya'll I, I, I, I, I, I'm so tired
But I just can't lose my stride
Come on feet don't fail me now
I got ten more miles to go
I got nine, eight, seven, six, eight, six
I got a five more miles to go
Now over the hill just around the bend
Huh although my feet are tired I can't lose my stride
"Feets, don't fail me now!"
