Mexico learned from it's mistake in allowing the Texicans in, now they are doing the same thing in reverse and we are allowing them to "correct" their error.

Only problem with parallelling the scenarios is that the USA signed a
disarmament treaty with the Ukraine that promised we would become their
protection if they gave up their nukes.

Russia should invade us, if we take over Mexico. It is just what we would do in a similar situation.
After all the World Trade Center was knocked down by radicals operating out of Afghanistan, so, we invaded Iraq.
