Mugabe forces white farmers off land.

Zimbabwe's President Mugabe is forcing white farmers to abandone their farms so that blacks who do not have farms or land can take them over.
Why arent the Brits up in arms about this? After all it was their colony.
What would you do if you were the white farmers?
Would you give up everything you owned, take what you could and burn the rest or fight and die to protect what was yours?
The farms that the whites have are the only ones producing food in the whole country. The farms that the blacks have already taken over have produced nothing. Overgrazing is turning the whole country into a desert.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

    the way I see it is this. screw'em.

    until enough blood is shed and the US sends troops over there to keep the peace...let them tear eachother to shreds. we got enough problems already.

    greetings, this really doesn't surprise me as mugabee has been a socialist from the civil war of the sixties. as usual he promised equality for all rhodiains, bkack, white ,mixed and asian.he and his policies are the reason that the second richest country in africa can't feed its own people. the same policies that are gone to ruin south africa have broken the once Dutch republic. respt subm,itted dads-freehold

    Saw some photos of a Rhodesian farmer, his wife and childres who were murdered, butchered and hung up as in a slaughter house. It's Khartoom al over again- and the world stands by.

    I'm not being racist of course, but soon the "people of color" will be starving to death on their huge unproductive farms and crying for "whitey" to come and feed them!
    Naturally, "whitey" will respond with food and more millions of dollars because that's what the greedy, oppressive white race does.
    After their bellys are full and they've made a few million more babies they'll renew their cry of "RACISM"!!

    Like I said in a thread a couple of weeks ago, the USA brought a bunch of sanctions against South Africa for the way they were treating blacks, but now that it's the blacks murdering whites, you don't hear a peep out of anybody.

    Look at what's now left of South Africa. Once one of the most modern, most productive countries in the world, it's now just another black-ruled slum. This is just how these white-owned farms will end up, once in black hands. Then the USA and other do-gooder countries and organizations will then start the hue and cry about helping the poor starving people in Zimbabwe. Hell with them. Let 'em starve. Any white people who stay behind deserve what they get. They should get out and get out now.

    I almost forgot to mention.
    This policy was announced well in advance.
    The white farmers knew this was coming and in preparation they did ................... NOTHING!!!
    They plowed no fields and planted no crops.
    I guess they figured the new owners would have to take care of that on their own.
    And now the poor, desperate, "rightful owners" are starving to death!
    All because of those filthy, white, capitalist ba$+ards!!!

    This topic reminds me of the time I read that the U.S. government was going to spend billions to tear down and reconstruct a housing development for the poor.Excuse me,first look at the developments that were reconstructed 10 years ago and see what will eventually happen to any that are rebuilt again.

    At an FFA convention, Al Gore advised the young people there to look for oppurtunities outside of agriculture because within 20 years we would be getting our food from 3rd world emerging countries!! This country feeds this country and half the rest of the world!!! We spend less than 12% of our disposable income on food comared to as high as 70% in Japan! The only people suffering from this kind of thinking is the FARMERS!!! All the gov't programs dealing with food in this country are designed to keep you having a cheap source of food and screw the poor farmer who produced it!!! As far as them Afican white farmers go, I hope they are well armed and kill anyone who tries to displace them!!! Same as I would do if you come up my driveway tonite with the intention of taking my guns and disarming me!! GHD
