All of 'um. That's why I quit in '82. Used to like Heineken, Dos and Tres Equis, Coors, Bud, Mich, Pabst, basically, you name it, and if it's all that's on tap, I was drinking too much of it. Just celebrated 20 years.

Never did acquire the taste, which sucks cuz I miss out on drink specials. I am usually the DD...somebody has to do it, right? It appears my alcohol of choice, however, is Vodka....only think I have gotten drunk off of.

And, congrats Offerer. That takes great strength.

Ice cold beer, normal beer, like miller, and bud, hate that nasty stuff, prefer whiskey, but no alcohol at all isnt so bad either. Alcohol is only for boring days with nothing to do. I personally cant handle alcohol too well anymore these days. Makes it too dificult to stay hydrated. Alcohol is a killer in the heat for me.

Back home I'd be able to buy a single bottle of beer when the mood hit me. This was great because it takes me forever to polish off a six-pack. The one I have in the fridge right now will probably last me at least 10 - 14 days. I don't drink much but when the mood hits me a Miller long-neck is the way to go. I don't mind sending some of my hard-earned money back to the state of Wisconsin once in awhile.

In normal conditions, a case of beer will last me a year or so. This summer being not so normal, I've been averaging three brews every two days. #1 Corona, #2 Coors and at the local Irish watering hole, Guiness Stout on tap. I guess that is really number one, but can't justify spending $4 or so on a glass of beer all that often.

Light can't pass through most of the beers I drink:

    Murphey's Irish Stout
    Young's Chocolate Stout
    Young's Oatmeal Stout
    Watney's Cream Stout

Guinness if the other's aren't on hand and iced tea if it's an American-Lager-only kind of place.

Tha other day I saw my neighbor out in the yard as I drove by. So I pulled into his drive. And when he came up to the truck He had a beer. I told him that if he didnt give me a beer I was going to call the Cops. He ran to his car opened the back door and pulled out a beer. What a covenint place to keep them.

If I'm just sitting and relaxing it would be a Michelob. If I'm out with friends it would be a Killians' Red.

I can't "drink" beer. I can have one and thats all- otherwise, I get a headache and get sick (quess it's the yeast). I do enjoy one though and I have it with my frozen SHAKEYS PIZZA glass mug and it is a Shiner Bock.
Corona is a fine beer- if you drink an american light beer- you ain't enjoying- your just drinking!
Now, being "Irish", I'll have a nip of a fine wiskey- as, royal crown or canadian mist. We Irish are known for being drunks- but thats just tales!!! I'LL DRINK TO THAT?!

I like Dr. Pepper. Though it has no alcohol in it, I seem to be oddly addicted to it, and get the swets and shakes if I don't get any.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

Sam Adams, Harpoon IPA, my own porter or Black Butte porter (the BEST beer in the world, its a OR, WA only beer though WAAAAA)

Used to drink the "regular" swill. Drank to much of it, so I started drinking well.

I LOVE his song "I like beer!"

    Champagne costs too much.

    That's the caffeine, you addict!

Serious as a heart attack -- one of the worst withdrawals I ever had was giving up caffeine cold turkey one Saturday. BIG mistake. At the time I was drinking a lot of colas, iced tea, and coffee. I was literally in bed shaking with the comforters piled high and a headache you wouldn't believe, and didn't know WHY....

Then I got to thinking, maybe it's not the flu, maybe it's something to do with the caffeine.

So I crawled out of bed, had a single glass of iced tea -- and 45 minutes later I'm up, reading the newspaper, feeling fine. And sadder but wiser. Folks, if you ever give up a big caffeine habit, taper off over a couple days. Trust me on this. Please.
