How does someone manage to do this?

I don't know if anybody else heard this story, but a guy here in Tucson, Arizona was killed flying his remote controlled airplane. Apparently he was flying his own remote controlled airplane at the fairgrounds when he lost control of the plane and he crashed it right into himself. It's sad that he died, but how do you manage to crash your own plane into yourself?

Sounds like he was doing a buzz job on himself and underestimated the altitude needed for a safe pull out. Pilots have done this with real airplanes. Some years back an airline pilot for Allegheny Airlines did that coming out of a loop in a P-51 and spoiled his afternoon.

He lost it in the sun.........easy to do, considering we are about 3' from the sun....(or so it seems!)
