Golf and Rappers

I felt this needed its own Thread.

Can a Rapper read Music? Does he/she even know what a Treble Clef is? Can he/she hit a note? Do they even know what a Scale is?

As far as Golf goes, to play well you almost have to be a contortionist. It's not just hitting a ball down the Fairway.

Everthing has to work at the same time.
1. Stance
2. Alignment
3. Grip
4. Shoulder turn
5. Tee height
6. Swing arc
7. Wrist snap
8. Club face square
9. Right equipment for persons swing and height
10.Mental attitude

And that's just the Drive.
There's more for Approach shot, Pitch shot, Chip shot and even more important is Putting.

Putting - Being able to read the break in the greens, the speed of the ball, which way the grain of the grass is growing, which type of grass grows towards mountains and which grasses grow towards water.

And the Rules of Golf are the most compicated rules of any SPORT.
There are workout trailers at the Tournaments for the Pros to use.
Ask any doctor how easy it is to hurt yourself playing golf.
I live in Florida and there are Aligators on almost every course, one course has a 12ft Gator. There are also fire ants that get on you when playing the SPORT. Lets not forget the Mosquitoes.

Also Golf is played in Rain and High Winds.

So not only is GOLF a SPORT, but it is a Dangerous SPORT.

Want to play better golf? Here is your hint:

    USE ONE CLUB!

    Seriously......

My friend who was TOTALLY into golf was always complaining about how good he was. I told him I could beat him (I often tagged along and hit a few balls) with just a bit of practice, and ONE CLUB.

I figured it this way: When you have multiple clubs, you have to figure out how each moves, hits the ball, how heavy it is, etc. When you have one club, you can figure it out pretty easily.

I used a 5 iron, and within a few months could beat him probably 50% of the time. You have to consider that I was only screwing around, and he golfed MUCH more than I did.

I used it for everything, worked pretty decently, but took some UMPH to hit it the far distances. :)

NO! You may not have my guns! Now go crawl back into your hole!

One of my golfing friends and I used to do that all the time. Play with your putter and one club of choice. I used to play with my putter and my seven iron. I can hit a seven iron about 160 yards and can hit it pretty damn straight, especially off a tee. I used to get better scores playing like that than I ever did with a full bag of clubs. Sure, I can hit my driver 250 yards, but it's usually 250 yards about three fairways to the right. It's surprising how well you can play if you just keep popping the ball short and down the middle.

I used to play with an older gentleman and he used 3 clubs, 4 iron,
7 iron and a putter. Always hit it straight and used to beat me about half the time....

tasteless and ignorant? what the hell is ignorant about my statement? as far as tasteless, ruger is making a Golf swing out to be more than it is, i am saying if a golf swing is so hard why can casey martin do it but not hit a baseball. hitting a baseball hard is more diffcult than hitting a golf ball straight and casey martin proves it. i am showing great restraint in stopping my post right here *.

    jdb123;

I willing to bet your handicap is over 20. Casey Martin has a disease that prevents him from walking any distance, thus the lawsuit for the cart. He can still stand and swing a golf club. The swing is mostly upper body strength except for pushing off your right foot just before impact.

I just realized I'm typing for nothing because it's obvious you don't know a damn thing about Golf.

    jdb123;

Well I guess I was right, you don't know a damn thing about golf, yet your willing to try and tell everybody that it's not a hard thing to do.

I wish I was an Old Man I'm not looking forward to working for another couple of decades.

Now go back to school JUNIOR and learn to Capitalize the word "I" and use parenthesis instead of {me}.

And what does this mean "and i will be you evertime"? Do you want to be me. That's wishful thinking on your part JUNIOR.
