The 1st ammendment to the constitution.

    Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
I ak you! Where does it say seperate church and state?

Where does it say, using the word god is against the constitution?

What I read is, That no Law shall be made in the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Meaning we have the right to practice religion where and when we want.

When are the Idiots going to stop puting words in the constitution that arent there.

THe supreme court in Kaliforinicatia, ruled that the Pledge of allegiance was unconstitutional because it has the words UNDER GOD.

    What a bunch of @$$holes

I was looking at a seller that I have bought from before and he had item #39840911. I don't know how to post a direct link or I would have.

Am I crazy (well sometimes but that is not the point), but does anyone else think the bidders are not reading everything? Of course, it may be something that I don't know jack squat about. I mean, $405 for a BOX????

    Extra hole? Accident or design?

The mainspring housing, with the lanyard ring, doesn't look "right" on this gun to me.

Why is this thing up to $1335?

This seems kind of high to me, but perhaps I am just not up to date on the parts thing. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=240276553

This is an actual sign on the premises of Alvin Lutheran Church, in Alvin, Texas, that I photographed yesterday, 4/18/04.

I wonder....what was the minister thinking when he approved the posting?

Yes, Mr. Classic095 you are missing something.

    Classic,

As you pointed out, it doesn't say "separation of church and state". It never did. That is some subsequent court ruling as to it "meaning".

Somehow, along the way we got to the point where one religion having a display on public grounds degrades all other religions and the government is "sponsoring" one religion over another.

It is obvious that we have too little real problems in life to worry about (starvation, disease, etc) that we have to go searching for problems to occupy our time.
