Anyone catch Tom Waits on Letterman tonight? The interview was great! Better than the music. Great to see Tom again, especially in good spirits. Hard to believe he is actually promoting his new albums on Letterman, though . . .

    I missed him on Letterman but I've always liked Tom's music.

    The two new albums are great! I like "Blood Money" a lot more than "Alice".

    I am surprised he had time to email me that the two CDs I had for auction on another site were unauthorized imports and if I didnt remove them he would sue me..He could have been nicer about it, how was I supposed to know, I dont listen to his stuff anyway!

    People in the most part are not nice when you have your hand in their wallet. Are songwriters supposed to be nicer? :)

    Perhaps nice is not a correct term here, Civil or Polite would be better..Too much "sue first" mentality for my taste, Does everyone still assume guilt first..I am sure that Illegal imports are a problem for all musicians not just Tom Waits, its not the outcome I was protesting, its the road he took to get there, A shorter more civil path would have worked
