1000th post, I don't have a smoking jacket, and I dont smoke and cant spell coniak but Ill put on my black leather trench coat, grab a cinamon tooth pick and drink an ice cold corona or two or three or well I wont be drivin so Ill take the whole 12 pack...lol...Im glad I decided to become a member on GB, I really enjoy the stimulating conversation and colorful characters. I wish to extend my thanks to the ladies and gentlemen of the forum for their entertaining, informative and sometimes comical points of view. Also I would like to give a warm round of applause to the resident reporters for keeping us all up to date and informed on the happenings around the world. Bravo fellow messengers bravo indeed...lol...

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

    That is quite interesting if we sum up all that time it amounts to the life of someone less lucky than us ...

    Definitely we must be gratefull to be alive ......

    So we can waste the rest of our lives on this,,,, HEHEHE LOL ....

    I got me a camo smoking jacket from the Beekeeper, I smoke and i can spell Kojak, er whutever dat Greek cop's name wuz. I always enjoy reading your posts, 4God.     My farm is in Gilmer County near a little town thats too small to even have a stop light called Tanner, but I live in Wood County because of work.

    Congratulations. You said it very well for all of us. Those are my sentiments as well. It is truly nice to be on a board that fosters vigorous agreement and disagreement on a variety of subjects with equal relish and enjoyment. I find I keep coming back because of the level of good information, but also intelligence, and wit, a higher level than I have enjoyed on most every other board I've bothered to participate in. We have some very honorable people here.

    I did recently enjoy a click-over to an additional star, and I hope I am not talking too much, since I haven't been around all that long either. The "star system" has its artificialities, but still, why not celebrate a milestone. I have, however, been thinking that the top level should perhaps hold the title "Windbag Member." That would at least serve as a reminder to those of us who get a little carried away now and then of the virtues of economy with words.

    But hey, I love to talk firearms. It's a good thing SOME people do.

    Sounds like a plan fox, I go there ocasionallybut havent been for a month or so. I live just out of Parkersburg out rt 47. E mail me and well make arangements to go kill some g hogs or something. 13FOX I take it was your mos in service. I was 13Mike MLRS crewmember and a few others when needed.lol...

    Thanks to all of you guys, I really do mean it when I say you are a great group of people and Im glad to get to know you on the board. I think it would be a real hoot if we could actually get together as a group and shoot the breeze and some fine weaponry as well. Maybe somebody will arange just such an event, maybe next year...
