We have been in Afganistan eight months now. We have a lot of courageous warriors in and around this wasteland.
We capture the enemy and turn him over to the Afgan government-whatever that might be at the time and in turn they let them loose to
ambush our troops and wound and kill them.

The latest round of inefectual rocket attacks are a good example. It appears that our policy is "bring em back alive". If the reason is for interogation it it has been a pretty useless effort.

I say we are bringing back too many of these animals! Most should be left laying on the ground where they were found. The last remaining idiot would then be highly and most eager to tell all and truthfully!

JMHO!

I agree alledan, and Johny Walker the American Taliban shouldn't have been allowed to re-enter this country, not unless he was in a pine box being sent to his parents, at their expense. The Idea of trying him in our court system is horrifying. The minute he joined the military of another Government he renounced his citizenship. The problem with our military is not with the fighting men its the men in charge, they have no balls. They are afraid of what the French might say or that these people over here or those people over there may be offended. Our leaders have become too politically correct to effectively do their jobs. We shouls * the situation, set our objectives and use every item at our disposal to accomplish our goals as quickly and with as little loss of life as possible.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....
