    Walt,
Kramer is about the top of the line....I bought a Bianchi 19L thumbsnap for my High Power and it ran $80+.....good leather cost money. The Kramer belts are thicker and last longer than some of the economy brands.

I emailed them explained what I had and what I wanted He said they could make it for 69.00 and it is 100% guaranted. see letter

Almost every Gun Store has some type of bargin bid filled with trade-in or recycled merchandise. If you take the time and dig through you can really find some great bargins.

Just the other day I stopped by a local Gun Shop to pick up some ammo and cleaning supplies. Since I was mot in a hurry I went through the bargin bid, found two used gun rugs, the good suede type, in like new condition and a nice Bianchi holster. Think I paid like an additional $25.00 for all. When it comes to holsters I'd rather buy used if they are in good condition.

Walt, I'm 100% with airborne on this one; I would bet the last time I bought a new holster was at least 20 years ago. Stores allow little or nothing for the holster on trade-ins, then take whatever profit they can. I've picked up some real quality items for $5 -$10. Who the heck cares if they have a few scratches?

what wrong with helping some poor leatherworker by giving them a sale
I am not talking about some shop that makes 100s a week
but some little guy that will make up a pattern for your gun and then go and cut leather by hand and sew by hand
you end up with exataly what you wanted and they get a little work
cost ends up about the same and you get a better product
fitted to your gun.....and if there is a problem most of them will fix it same day.

I quit leather when it ate the bluing off my pistol. The acid in the leather is a killer.

I'll have to agree with daddo on the leather. Have to looked at Bianchi Accumold?

www.10-32supply.com Bobby is the best leather maker I've found, and you won't believe how cheap. He's made several things for me. Just give him a buzz, and tell him Lee Blackman sent ya. He'll hook you up.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

    Try this web sight,
http://www.shado.com/merchant/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=RHA&Category_Code=H They are located out of florida if memory serves me correctly and they are the least expensive I have found. As you can see from the pictures on the web sight they have a very nice selection at reasonable prices.

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....
