Is It Only Me?

Okay, am I going blind or does the screen width keep changing. Some times there is a sliding bar to get the part of the screen that overflows, and sometimes it all fits. And the monitor I use is 19" so it can't be the screen is too small.
This has happened several time in the past couple of days.
Anybody else notice this?

One reason is the screensize you can change on "Reply To Topic" and the other reason is call names like this "shoottilltheneighborscallthesherrif" pushing the column out.
Even if sheriff was spelled right it would still be just as long.
