Well the children all had a good time last night, everyone was safe and returned home safely. It was very quite I patrolled my town along with a town unit and two Deputy's,not one complaint did we get last night. Some of the children would come to my cruiser when I was stationary, and I give away toy Badges, stickers and safety information. My wife had spent the whole month decorating with bails of straw,a dummy a fake with with a pot that looked like it steemed and put up several lights around the windows and strob lights aimed at the front porch of our home.I told her my opinion about decorateing for Halloween, but she reply's I do it in a good way just for the children,so there is no way I could ever tell her not to do it,but I do tell her every yr my feelings about it.She had me get a poster board so she could write down for all to see that our dogs were put up and the gate was left open.Which we get about the same ones every yr but last night she had several she said she didnt know.I think we ended up haveing 43 she said and thats more than usual,I guess alot of people dont realize we put up the dogs?My wife enjoyed herself and so did I,its great when the children come up to our cars and talk to us and arent afraid.I seen some great costumes, and got a picture taken holding a beautiful little 8 month old girl that belongs to a boy I went to grade school with, she was a doll she wore a home made dragon costume.Mommy promised to get double prints and give me one. Some County's are trick or treating tonight,so I guess the children can get a double shot of sugar to destroy their teethe[8D].How many trick or treaters do you usually have?
