An associate of mine is going through a nasty Divorce,Which may or may not be his own fault.Sunday he was Arrested and released for Assault&Battery and Brandishing a fire arm .He admitted that he and his estranged wife got into a heated argument. She claims he aimed his Sig P229 at her and said he would kill her. Then he alledgedly put his fire arm down and grabbed her by the arm and escorted her to the door.Thats where the Assault&Battery charge came from, she did have a red place on her arm, in VA if there is any sign of Bruising or redness or worse you have to Arrest the Suspect. He has been put on unpaid leave, and his badge and cruiser and all firearms were taken pending trial. He admits to leading her out the door but not pointing the firearm at her.All of the above is out of charactor for him.Im staying nuetral myself because no one is above the Law.But what better way to get back at an alleged cheating Husband???

My ex tried MANY times to get me into confrontations that could go against me. You just can't take the bait. No matter what, you lose.

Most men can be provoked, and most women know how to do it.

Destroy his career and dishonor him among his peers = ultimate revenge.
