impending marriage, vacation, and really serious fishing vacation soon to mongolia have slowed input on board to nil- yet worry over "homeland defense" and treatment of "persons of interest" have got me jumped up...mr. hatfill(suspect #1 in anthrax case) and his handling by us and our government is terrifying- he's lucky he is former army and intelligent/professional- otherwise he'd already be in jail. i envy anyone who feels immune from such slander(or even truth), and quiver to imagine what the total weight of american intelligence could uncover of me- and god forbid- of my neighbor...i feel like i've seen the end of a dream...
