Browning has just introduced its new Skeeter Gauge reducers,Availiable for Single shot,over and unders and side by sides.It fits in the chamber of the gun and for example you can Insert one in a 12GA bore to make it shoot20,28,and .410 ga shells.Its not permanent and easily inserted or removed.A 16GA can fire 20,28 and .410 as well.You can buy them for any GA and make it shoot any GA.The Skeetergauge reducers cost about $50.00 bucks each.Reviews Ive read state they shoot good patterns.Whats next?

    How does it keep from ejecting the Skeeterguage each time? How do you get the other shell out?

    This seems to have a lot of potential. I wonder if these inserts will fit other O/U's other then Browning guns. Would it work in my Ithaca SKB Model 600 O/U? Due to health problems, I can't shoot this 12GA anymore. But, if I had 20GA inserts......my life would be rejuvenated.

    These are nothing new. A company in Canada has been making these thing for several years. The Skeeters will fit any shotgun. Cost $109.00 for a complete set to convert 12 guage all the way down to 410. Cabela's has them forsale.

    It will fit any Shotgun it doesnt have to be a Browning.The Skeeter is inserted in the bore,and when your done it can be taken out threw the bore.
