I have heard so many people speak highly of the .218 bee.I was wondering if they still chamber it? If so who does, and is ammo easy to acquire? I have looked for some Brass to give me an idea if they still make dies to reload it.Thanks in advance.

    Rugster:

Ruger chambers their Number 1 in .218 Bee in either their Standard (1-B) or their Medium Sporter (1-S). I have a Number 1-V in .223 and love it.

    Rugster:

They weren`t speaking highly of the round,
they were speaking highly of me.

The loaded ammo is high,in the $40.per 50 range.

But dies are easy to come by,they use a .224 bullit,
brass is not expensive, and you can use 25-20,or 32-20
brass if ever need be.Plus they don`t take a lot of powder,
so they are one of the cheapest handloads I know of.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond,
    I`ve been sick,and I think maybe delerious
from the fever,to think someone thinks highly of me.
