    Looks like a school "learning lesson" to me, where they show you what it's like to be arrested. I've found that my kids' friends (9, 11, 19 and 22) are a lot more respectful and polite than I was at any of those ages.

    They're actually tiny tot hit men. The guy with the face blurred out is going into the witness protection program and relocating somewhere
    near a big amusement park where he's garuanteed a job as one of the 7 dwarfs who will greet kids at the main gate.

    Does anyone know what this actually is???? Those kids have to be 6-8 years old. I don't care if this is a fake, or scared straight thing. If ANYONE did that to my kid, he would be in the hospital, or worse. I have never had that done to me, and see no reason for it.

    ....I've heard of these guys, it's the "Lolipop Gang" from the Oz Preschool. They're known for terrorizing local neighborhoods by riding their big wheels and striking elderly people with licorice whips....

    I have to agree with Rameleni1 I think that is a bit young for scared straight.Hell they are probably still scared of the dark.

    I'll bet that everyone in that picture is an actor and it was paid for by your goverment. A little scare tactic to get the age lowered to get juveniles into adult court for violent crimes they have committed.
