    Oh that VIPER is bound to go big!!! You'll be putting some cash in your pocket!!

    One went in January, described as NIB for $2400...lower than I would have expected before I went and looked.

    It's are just like it was when it left the factory. Some Colt's back then weren't known to have the perfect finish out of the factory door.

    I like the 222. Always waned one but in BDL. I am a bdl collector. I really don't like the other Remingtons, like the ADL and CDL.

    Whats amazing about Vipers is they are just plain Jane .38 spl revolvers with fixed sights. Their value lies in their few numbers, and the fact they are one of the Colt snake guns.

    They are somewhat hard to find, although I did see 3 of them in a local auction not long ago. I suspect that gun will sell for big bucks, possibly $2,000.
