Well, today started like any other since I have been off work. Get up, have breakfast. Make a trip to the reloading bench and tinker with some shells. Play another long game on the computer, grab lunch. By now the G-hogs should be out, open the gun cabinet and struggle with the hard decision of what rifle to grab today, real har to decide so I just grabbed the .223. Got into the truck and headed for the fields. Fire off a few shots and ruin a few g-hogs day. leave the fields and drive on out to the sporting goods store, play with some new bows, play with some new muzzle loaders. Gawk at som enew rifles and fall in love with a Howa 22-250 with thumbhole stock and BIG barrel. Stop at Hardees on the way home, take the long way back and spotlight some deer while driving slow and enjoying the evening. Man what a boring day, and think I gotta do the same thing tomorrow. This sucks!
What did y'all do today??

Went shopping with my 12 yr. old son to find a mother of
the groom dress. Bought the one I'd set aside two days
ago because it was too expensive.(Totally; burned out
from shopping for one all over ;townthe last two days.)
My future dau-in-law choice was black, dark; grey or
peri-winkle. Looked like a sack of tators in every
peri-winkle dress in town. I refuse to wear black to
my sons wedding in July. No one had a dark grey.
Got a light gray with chiffon skirt, and beaded sleeve-
less top with a beaded chiffon scarf wrap on sale for
$168. My husbands tuxedo rental is 125 thou,;and he has
to give it back. I'd rather buy a new gun, but I guess
the grooms mom has to look good. Took my son to lunch
at chilli's. Then our final 3 hrs. of hunter safety.
We both passed with flying colors. Got home and sewed by
patch onto my new orange vest.
Are ya looking for a new job? What kind? God sure answered
my prayer for a new job. Specifically. I asked for them to
call me and they did. I love the job too.
you can be king or street sweeper but everyone is going to dance with the reaper
work @ 5:00 as usual.
what in hell is wrong here?

the hard stuff we do right away - the impossible takes a little longer
I woke up at about 6:00 when the baby started crying, soothed her and put her back to bed after changing the diaper. Wife was still sleeping. Got ready for work and struggled for 45 minutes fighting traffic since every single main road to Detroit is under construction. Got to work, helped correct 2 or 3 dozen critical problems with computer network, e-mail, user PCs, etc. Attended two meetings with client, met with vendor, ate lunch in 5 minutes in order to get back to work. Restored accidentally deleted data from tape for a (L) user. They had an ID 10 T error (Munkey Darkstar, you know what I'm talking about here).
Manged to build a few new distribution lists on the mail server and reconfigure the primary router to prevent some unauthorized network access we detected.
Visited the president's office because his staff couldn't print (another (L) user error).
Finally got out of the office at about 5:30 to fight traffic all the way home. Got home, cut grass, brought in trash cans thrown in street by garbage man. Tried to soothe screaming baby, stepped on pieces of cucumber, wet crackers and tomato on floor.
Weed wacked yard, fixed flag pole. Ate bread for dinner, forgot to defrost ribs.
Finally put baby to sleep, read two or three articles in new gun magazine, fall asleep...
That was actually an easy day, usually much more hectic.
Ah, the joys of family life. I'm sure most of you understand.
Gun Control Disarms Victims, NOT Criminals
at computer for an hour or so. Prepared packages to mail out,
auctions on the E one, had a bologna (baloney down here) and cheese
sandwich for lunch. Left at 1:30, went to bank, P.O., and took
wife for MRI. Back home at 4:15, mowed grass, ate dinner (supper),
got on the computer for an hour or so, watched TV, read some in
a gun magazine, went to bed around midnite.
Today: Got up at 8:30, poured large cup of coffee, sat down at computer (still here). Planning to get packed for short vacation
starting TOMORROW!!!!!
Don't send flowers when I die. Send money now, I can buy more ammo.
