have a sleep cycle that is 2 or 3 hours awake, then 2 or 3 hours asleep, 24 hours a day, every day, is it OK to drink brown liquor st 5AM ??

When I was in the Army, some mornings I would wake up at 6 on the weekends and think it would be a great day to get drunk. I would then drink a coke and then start on the MGD by 0630. Life's choices where much easier back then.

Seriously, I only drink when the shooting session is over and the firearms are unloaded and put up.

And, I won't shoot or be around shooters who are drinking/drunk.

On my days off I like to start lightly with high proofed beer then ease in to my day with a nice mixed drinks. Then sufficently drunk what ever is handy. And yes since I work nights it sometimes throw my days off so I have started to drink when I wake up at 05:00 A.M. on occasion. Starting in June I'll be going back to 5 days of work and that will throw my sleep way off. I better start to stock up on booze.

Well, sometimes when I have trouble falling asleep, I'll get up (sometimes between midnight and 3AM), have a nice shot of Bushmills or Scotch, maybe some WT101, watch a little TV, then go to bed and sleep.
Shot = 1/3 to 1/2 of a tea glass.[:D]
