Anybody know about or have fired this puppy? It is a five shot double/single action revolver with a 2" bbl. It is chambered for the .410 and the .45 long colt. thunder5.com. Thanks.

    Does anyone know if they still make the thunder 5 revolver? Or are the ones on auction Viet bring backs.

    Yeah, it looks pretty cool. I first searched for it after
    seeing it in the movie "Three Kings" with George Clooney.
    I have a thing for long cylandered revolvers!
    It doesn't appear to be CA legal, much to my dismay.

    The heading to look for is "A Question of Scatter" there are 2 seperate ones it is under that one not part 2.

    I have a Thunder Five, the original one made by MIL.

    It's a great gun --- I keep it for home protection, have it cross loaded with .410 buckshot and .45LC.

    It's pretty heavy, tried carrying it for awhile -- couldn't find a holster for it, so I made a couple; one belt mounted and one inside pants holster.

    All in all, after shooting the thing -- it thunders!

    At the CHL range, I blew very large holes in the target at 30 feet.
