RUGER ULTRA-LIGHT SYNTHETIC SKELETON STOCK

I like the look of the skeletonized stock better than the new style. So about a year ago I called Ruger and ordered the stock for a short action ultra-light. I just ordered from my local dealer a .243 Ultra-light with the new synthetic stock. I plan to switch the stocks, so i dug out the stock that came direct for Ruger and think that they may have sent me the Standard Short-Action Synthetic stock. Inside the stock is the number 411. I was wondering if anyone knew if the Ultra-light and the standard stocks are the same or different. I have since lost all the paperwork that came with it, would Ruger let me switch stocks with them. Do they still have the old-style stocks.
Thank you.

I will get the gun around wednesday so I guess I will know then anyhow.

greetings, idon't know the answer to your question, but i do know rom my dealing with them (also several friends dealings) that they are very congenial and customer friendly. and very patient with your questions, sometimes anticpating and answering before you ask. aproach them, the worst they can say is no. respt submitted dads-freehold
