I tried that and no help. I can bring up GB time after time and All posts remain the same until I post something and then everythings fine untill I shut down again. I'm getting ready to throw this thing out the window and bring another one in from the garage. I have four but this is the only one with windows XP and there are a few things in XP that I like. Not many but a few.

That was only the first salvo!
I hear you can "force" a cache update by holding down the Shift key when you press Refresh. Try that next. If that doesn't work, you can also change the settings under Internet Options in your Control Panel to refresh with every page view rather than with every start-up of Internet Explorer. The only disadvantage of doing that is that if you're filling out a form, and have to go back to make a correction, the form will be "refreshed," and hence empty, so if you start using the "refresh with every page view" option, highlight and save your long messages before you click Next, in case you have to go Back.
You should also probably visit www.windowsupdate.com and click on Products Update to see if there are updates to your version of IE or Windows that might affect the performance of your Refresh command.
