    Who has HAM radios?

I don't, but maybe those that do could get ahold of some of the guy's down there.

I have a brother and family that lives in Victoria. They sat out the storm, lost power at 5 a.m. this morning. No power or water pretty much every where. He went riding around this afternoon and the traffic lights were about 90 degrees from normal position.

Also have a BIL that lives in Goliad, about 25 mils west of Victoria. He lives outside of town and lost power about 2 am. Since he has his own water well, he is without water also. Bad news is that he has COPD and uses a CPAP machine at night. I have a generator on my boat dock and if weather gets better, will try to get that down to him.
