Any one else??

I could watch these over and over. The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremecy, etc etc.

Absolutely some of the best movies ever made. IMHO.

What say you??

I will say this: A few years ago I was trying to understand the Combat Swimmers Stroke and just could not get it. I had a Marine Swim Instructor who worked here at the time and a friend who was a SEAL trying to explain it but when I saw one of the Borne movies they filmed him swimming using the stroke and I got it immediately.
The next morning I was in the ocean using the Combat Swimmers Stroke so thank you Jason!!

    All punning aside, Good Fliks!

I can say the same thing about all of the Tom Clancy stories made into movies staring "Jack Ryan" using a number of actors playing the part.

The Hunt For Red October, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, Sum of All Fears, and another that my PBR soaked brain can't remember the name of. It stars Matt Damon as Jack Ryan I think.

Got the DVDs, I liked the first three better than the most recent. But then I like Top Gun too, so you can't go by me.

What is it about these hollywood actors that make millions off of violent movies featuring plot after plot with pistols and rifles....and then, on their off time, they rally for gun control and removal of firearms from all citizens? Liam Neeson, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg.....all gun grabbing lefties....it pains me to support them financially by watching their movies....

With dirty dawg. If these hypocritical actors like Matt Damon and Mark Walhberg make thier millions on these shoot em ups. They should support thier work. Boycott their films Bourne for example.

My brother LOVES those movies. He watched the newest one over here with Larry the other day. I saw some of it. I might could get into them, but its not easy to watch the later movies when you haven't seen the others.

I agree, I find them spellbinding. I also really enjoy Jack Reacher, can't wait for the next one, tho' after reading the books Tom Cruise is a stretch.

I haven't watched the films, so I don't know if they downplay the politics, but the author of the Bourne books is very Left-wing.

A friend of mine tried to get me to read one of the books some years ago. I read about ten pages, and in those few pages the author insulted about a half-dozen of my most respected heroes, all Conservatives, like Reagan.

I gave the book back to him.

Maybe the movies are less toxic than the books.

I agree. I love the Reacher books. If you've read them, you will understand why Tom Cruise is such a stretch.

When I first saw it, I was like WTH?? [|)]

I read all of Ludlum books as a kid. After about the third Jason Bourne book, I figured out the plot didn't change.

The first couple of movies were okay until I found out what an jerk Matt Damon was. Now I ignore the franchise.

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) starring Chris Pine. Not bad. More suspense and less Ninja.
