I live in VA now but am from Philadelphia, PA. I wanted to carry there but can not find a county that will issue a non resident CCW right now. I heard what I could do is apply for a Florida non resident CCW and it would be valid in 19 states with PA being one of them. Is this true?? I heard it would take about 90 days. Any info from anyone would help. I am in PA almost as much as I am in VA and it would help to carry my weapon.
If you will blame gun makers for every shooting then blame car maker for every car accident.

"(6) Like Alabama, PENNSYLVANIA will honor BOTH resident and non-resident Florida licenses. Because of the restrictive language in Florida's reciprocity law, Florida will honor Pennsylvania licenses ONLY IF the license holder is a legal resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania"
