Gas went up to 1.69 a gallon for the cheap stuff, you know the 87 octane junk. thats a 20Cent jump from yesterday. What gives??

    I noticed that this morning too. Likely to get some cock and bull story about speculation of attacks in Middle East. With all the bombings in the last couple of days it is a great opportunity for the oil companies to rack up some extra profits.[}:)]

    The increase is due to the big gas line explosion. They're not going to take the loss even though insurance will pay them back. They are just running up the cash reserves for the law suits. We pay, no matter what!

    i hears the gas price increase in the north east was because of the black out, what a bunch of crap!![:(!][:(!]

    As I posted on the other GAS post, Most of the Major Oil Companies are Foriegn owned, and They will use any excuse to rip off the American People..

    I always wonder how they can increase the pump price of gas already paid for and in the ground tank......sorta like gun dealers who increase the price on that HK thats been in the case for 2 years.
