I'll be away for a few weeks folks. My computer died thid morning. Work let me log on this one time. It's really dead smoke and all.

    Judge, That's what I thought and started with a new power supply but everything was burned out including the keyboard.

    Smoke? Even a lightning strike that takes out your modem won't necessarily smoke. Sounds semi-serious. Open 'er up and see what's smoking.... Power supply often shows up as a flutter or instability in edge or corner of monitor picture before it goes clear out, by the way. A lady once told me that when I saw that flutter start, I should have bought the manufacturer's insurance policy, so that when the power supply failed completely it would be covered. Just thought I'd pass that on....
