Our VFW post went under financely. We are desposing of anything that will bring in some money to pay the final bills. What it the market for a de-milled Browning .30 caliber machine? Any suggestion of where to look for a buyer?

Hows that for a promotional/Charity/fund raiser.[^][:D]
Tripod and T&E with it?

Just curious but how exactly is it demilled?
Most likely the receiver torch cut in 2-3 sections
Depending on some of the demil jobs I've seen over the years, I'd would hazard a guess that the bolt and extractor/ejector are probably mangled or cut in some fashion. The barrel is probably occluded with a hardened bolt welded in place, or similar.
The demil methods are of interest to anyone wanting to restore the weapon to it's former fire-breathing glory.
If the demil purveyor for that particular weapon was overzealous, it's very possible that none of the thing is worth diddly. Seen it.
