North Korea admitted today that as many as 14 Japanese civilians were kidnapped and taken back to N. Korea. The Koreans used the Japanese to teach their language and culture to Korean spies. The Koreans admitted that five of the Japanese are still alive and want to repatriate them. Japan has long accused the N. Koreans of the kidnappings but they were denied. Most of the kidnappings took place in coastal areas. The victims would be taken to the beach by communist agents and spirited aboard a N. Korean spy ship. At least 8 of the victims were couples on dates at the beach. A day or two after the disappearance police would find the victim's car or bicycle, locked up where they had parked it.

I'm scouting locations for the next "Survivor". This will be the best one yet; it won't ever be televised.

One of our local state troopers was in the army back in the 80's, and got a medal for crossing the boarder with another trooper to help a feeing refugee who was being fired upon by the NK's trying to get to the south. Him and the other soldeir both recieved medals for their bravery.

I just started reading Ranger's in Korea, about the Korean war, my grandfather was in it, so I decided I'd read a few books.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.
