Anybody know where to find one and how much it might be? This is a gun I am looking at long distance, do not have in hand. The gentleman that has it says there are no numbers on it but the magazine looks similar to a Savage Mo. 23??

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thank you in advance for any help.

If you can find a model#, you can cross reference it here, and then order the part for it from the main listing.

To cross-reference it wouldn't a guy have to know the model no. that Wards Westernfield used on the rifle?

You would have to know the model #. I would have him look it over again real good, maybe take the stock off and see if there is anything under the barrel. Is there any chance of posting a picture?
