Grillen for the summer

OK the question of camp food made me think of work food. At work the account they send me to for the summer is a private park. I get to sit in the park all day and watch people go by. They provide: Full size fridge, charcol, chorcol lighter, grills. My thought is what can I do for lunches at work. I am bored with steaks, ribs and chicken.

What the heck is wrong with you? Steak, ribs, and chicken for lunch. All I've got is a stinkin' sandwich![:(]

Geese, no firearms allowed. The gun I have is a goose gun that goes bang and scares them. Fish in the lake and I am tired of Bluegill also.
One of the residents takes the bluegill, tosses them on the grill live and then skins them when they are cooked.

If you like Grill'en then you should try a good "dry cure" home made pastrami recipe I found. This is the best pastrami I have ever eaten.....And it's pretty easy to make..Send me an email and I'll send it to you..I love it hot with onions, provolone and spicy mustard..on rye bread...

Limburger cheese on rye bread with a nice cold beer!!!![:p]
Don't have to fire up the grill, too hot for summer in the park.

    Thanks---Peabo

Try simmering not boiling brats in beer/onions for 15-20 min then put them on the grill to brown. Serve with green peppers and onion on brat buns mmmmmmm. I also like fish on cedar planks.

You ever tried grilled pizza? Prety good, but BEST over WOOD fire. Brats are ALWAYS a winner! Grilled cheese over charcoal/wood is pretty good, too. Kabobs, as someone mentioned....... doesn't matter what as long as YOU like the ingredients. Be imaginitive, have fun...............EAT your mistakes!
