Mark Christian - a legal question for you

Just won an auction, emailing back and forth, mentioned I'd send my FFL copy with payment. Guy emailed back that it was a felony in CA for him to posess a copy of my FFL, just send a signed statement with the FFL# and DL#.

Ever heard of this?

I know things are screwy in CA, but how could this be?

    I have to say that I've never heard of that one! Interesting how we have a number members complaining of sellers demanding an FFL when one is not needed and here you are trying to give this fellow an FFL and he's scared to death to touch it!
