how much longer till spring

Im tired of snow and cold. I hate having to wear pants and sweat shirts to class, all I want is to be able to roll out of bed 10 minutes before my class starts brush my teeth jump in my car and go. Hell it was 35 out yesterday and it felt warm almosy wore the sandle,

    Well they let the GroundHog out and he didnt see his shadow, so spring is just around the corner..[:D][:D][:D]

    As an educator, I've watched that syndrome over the years:
    1) Students go out in shorts and sandles when it hits 45 in March.
    2) Students stay in misery when flu hits later in March.
    The ol' family doc was right, back when I was a kid: Wear a neck scarf and keep your head covered, especially during the "in-between" temperature days of Feb.-March-April.

    That said, there's a heck of a lot to recommend winter. Nobody on your back to mow the grass or paint the house. Lots of comfy indoor couch potato time. Things like that.

    right now with all the snow and thick safe ice, i could wait a little longer for spring. especially with the +$6000.00 snow machine i bought last month!
