selling gun in UK can I do that on this board

Hey all

I am selling a franchi spas 12 in the Uk and want to know if that can be done on this auction board. Failing that I want to bring it to the US ( I am a citizen) and have no clue how to do this.

Anyone got any ideas

    You can do either. If you sell it, make sure that you note the location as the UK so that the buyer knows that the item will have to be imported. Any FFL holder can file the necessary paperwork with US Customs and the ATF to request an import license. 'Assault Weapons' (hate that phrase) cannot be imported, but a shotgun should pose no problem. There is more info here:

    I'm sorry I should have looked around more on this site before bothering you folks. I'll check out the ATF site you recommended and will probably list this gun soon. Again thanks for the heads up.
